About Us
Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Bartender to join Team Rockliffe!
The Role
The main responsibilities of the Bartender role will be (but not limited to):
- Assist in the promotion of cocktails and beverages around the resort
- Maintain product knowledge of bar stock, wine selection, beverage recipes and mixing procedures
- Understand the “ingredients” of cocktails and other drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries
- Meet and exceed guest expectations and are encouraged to provide a “can do” attitude to service
- Adhere to all procedures for cash handling and credit cards
- Keep up to date and comply with liquor and license legislation
