This role will work as part of the operational team providing a high standard of customer care and service at all times.
This is a seasonal position (Apr - Oct, with the option for extra shifts through Nov - March). Shifts will be Saturdays optional early (8:00 - 14:00) and late shifts (14:30 - 21:30) with possible cover required for staff holidays.
You will need to be enthusiastic, friendly, and be able to use initiative as necessary.
The main duties are:
- Ensure customers are served promptly and efficiently in the reception area.
- Ensure that financial transaction handling procedures are complied with.
- Replenish stocks as required.
- Ensure the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and the smoke free law is complied with.
- Carry out all duties to a high standard.
- Undertake any other duties as required by a line manager.
Skills and experience required:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work well independently both also as part of a team, as well as the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Past experience of working within a similar role.
- Golf knowledge is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Applicants must be 18+ years.
- Be available to work weekends as required.
