Responsible for supporting the PGA HQ Championship Ticketing Department staff in various areas related to the coordination and execution of credentialing, ticket operations, customer service and experience, consumer communications and administrative activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):
Assists the Championship Ticketing staff with various elements related to the execution of event credentials, including production, distribution and preparation of credential boards.
Learns the ticketing system to assist Championship Ticketing staff with order processing and customer resolutions.
Learns the credential system to assist Championship Ticketing staff with production and fulfillment of event badges.
Assists the Championship Ticketing staff with data entry across various platforms.
Performs various research related tasks such as data analysis, customer feedback analysis, etc.
Assists in responding to chats, emails and calls from ticket customers.
Assists the Championship Ticketing staff with tracking and communicating needs for assets to enhance customer event experience.
Serves an administrative role for the Championship Ticketing staff, interacting with stakeholder groups - including other PGA departments, vendor groups, officials, ticket holders, VIP guests, club members and committee chairpersons.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Must have knowledge of business operations with a preferred emphasis in administrative support. Knowledge of internet and web-based software. Knowledge of Google Workspace MS Office Suite (or other technology).

Ability to travel up to 10%. Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours per day). Ability to work overtime, including weekends (sometimes up to 15 hours a day). Travel may be required to other Championship sites.
