The Treasury/Accounts Receivable (AR) Processor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the treasury and accounts receivable functions, ensuring the accurate processing of cash receipts, timely collections, and effective cash management to optimize the company’s financial performance. Provide consistent delivery of outstanding customer service and support to all their internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):
Cash Management:
Process daily cash receipts, including receiving and posting checks, and ensure accurate recording in financial systems.
Monitor daily cash flows, prepare cash forecasts, and assist in maintaining optimal cash balances.
Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
A/R Check Processing:
Receive and log incoming checks, ensuring all payments are posted accurately and timely.
Coordinate with the bank for prompt check deposits as needed.
Work closely with members to resolve billing and payment issues.
Issue membership Refunds/Research Stripe disputes and chargebacks
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly cash and receivables reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience with Treasury and AR processing in a computerized environment. Strong Google Docs/Excel skills are required.
Workday experience preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable processing and Treasury principles and practices. Skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel/Google Sheets.
