About LIV Golf
The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. Launched in 2022, the League was designed to expand the sport on a global level and create new value within the golfing ecosystem while enhancing the game’s societal impact. History
LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event Invitational Series with tournaments across the U.S., Europe and Asia. 2023 saw the first official season of the LIV Golf League, establishing the sport’s first professional golf teams captained by many of the game’s most decorated superstars competing in 14 events around the world.
The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; three days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous team and individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 500 million homes worldwide, showcase world-class competition within a family-friendly environment. Music entertainment, live concerts and a festival-style atmosphere play a signature role with LIV Golf, a two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year.
LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. Role Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated Ticketing Analytics Coordinator to join our Ticket & Hospitality team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow their expertise in ticketing strategy, data analysis, and reporting. The Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Ticketing & Hospitality department by contributing to data-driven initiatives, building insightful reports, and enhancing operational processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to help a growing organization make informed, data-driven decisions and achieve its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in gathering, maintaining, and analyzing ticketing and marketing data to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Support the creation and distribution of regular and ad hoc reports, focusing on ticketing, marketing, and event operations.
- Work with the Insights and Analytics team to update customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
- Monitor and ensure data quality by implementing and maintaining control checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
- Sales & Revenue Support
- Assist in tracking and forecasting sales and attendance data to inform pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.
- Provide input for promotional campaigns by compiling data on past events.
- Monitor and report on the success of sales and campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Strategy Development
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by researching and presenting opportunities to enhance ticket sales.
- Support the exploration of new ticketing and hospitality revenue streams, compiling data and trends for leadership review.
- Assist in the development of recommendations for pricing, product mix, and on-sale strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with all departments to align on data usage and insights from Ticketing.
- Coordinate with host venues and third-party data providers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the CRM team with data entry, management, and quality assurance tasks.
- Customer Insights & Engagement
- Collaborate with the Insights and Analytics team to enhance the organization’s understanding of existing and potential customers.
- Help maintain and improve customer data management systems, ensuring accurate capture and usage of data.
- Innovation & Special Projects
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve revenue generation and enhance fan experiences.
- Participate in special projects aimed at increasing efficiency and expanding organizational capabilities.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to develop enhanced insights and reporting capabilities.
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in ticketing and data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools (Tableau and Looker preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
The hiring range for this position in New York ranges from $63,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD.
