We are currently seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Halfway House Attendant. Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide assistance, and ensure a positive and friendly experience.

Order Processing: Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and deliver orders promptly.

Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized cafe, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking supplies, as well as managing expiration dates.

Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment and safe food handling practices.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

Customer Interactions: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and in a timely manner.

Skills:

Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in food preparation is preferred but not required.
