Job Overview

We’re hiring a rental manager for our golf cart and LSV rental operation at our Santa Rosa Beach location. This is a perfect role for a customer service focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the rental process, answer customer inquiries, and take customer rental bookings in person and over the phone
Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Communicate effectively with customers via email, text, and phone for all things related to the rental location
Provide hands-on instructions for safe and effective cart operations to all rental customers
Ensure all golf carts are cleaned and presentable, fully charged / fueled for use, and operating in peak conditions, while promptly reporting any mechanical issues to the Service Manager
Assist delivery drivers with the loading, unloading, and securing of golf carts to trailers
Assist with pickup and delivery scheduling as needed
Maintain accurate records of rental inventory on site and in the field with customers

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Superior customer service is a must as this role includes significant customer interaction
Experience in seasonal / tourism related businesses a plus
Must be available 6 days / week during the busy season (40+ hours) and 5 days / week during the off season (40 hour max)
Basic technical aptitude and ability to use technology to take customer bookings
Driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to remain on your feet and move around for extended periods of time
Basic mechanic skills are a plus, though not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
