Job Description

The Retreat is a busy, well-established beauty spa situated in a friendly Golf & Country Club located on the edge of Horsham in West Sussex. Our clientele is mostly repeat business and we know the majority of our clientele on a first name basis.

We are currently looking for a passionate Retreat/Beauty Therapist to join our team on a contracted basis (24 hours per week). The right applicant will have NVQ level 2 & 3 qualifications to be able to provide our clientele with the highest levels of service, attention to detail and customer care.

Salary on application.

You will be required to be flexible and available to work some weekends and evenings to 7pm.

The successful applicants will need to have the following qualifications and qualities:

NVQ level 2 & 3 in Beauty or equivalent
Welcoming and professional approach to clients
High Standard of presentation, both personal and professional
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Applicants must have their own transport due to location

Job Overview

The Spa Therapist’s duties will include;

Preparation of Treatment rooms before and after each treatment, to Company standard
Maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment
Use of the till for taking payments and cashing up
Be able to work on own initiative, as well as contribute to the overall success of your team and the club.
