Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to join our sales team in achieving ambitious sales targets and driving growth within our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recreation sales, with proven experience in upselling and inventory management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a customer-centric approach to sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals.
Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
Foster relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Represent the dealership at community events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recreational sales or dealership management is preferred.
Strong skills in upselling techniques and inventory management.
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Experience in outside sales is a plus.
Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
