We're looking for new team members to join the Ash Valley team! Ash Valley Golf Club is located in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire and has been serving the area for more than 20 years. We welcome beginners and golfing pros of all abilities.

We are looking for a few clubhouse staff to join our lovely team. Golfing experience is not necessary (although a bonus), as everything is taught on the job.

As the Clubhouse Staff, the day-to-day duties will fluctuate depending on how many staff are on-shift and the needs of the day. They can range from

Reception- Customer service! Checking golfers in, answering questions, booking tee times, working the till
Making basic cafe food items (taught on the job)– such as bacon butty's, sandwiches
Prepare bar for opening, on time and ready for customers.
Serving drinks
Take orders, set, serve and clear tables.
Work as part of a team.

This is a customer-facing role with a spotlight on top-tier customer experience for our guests.

Customer Service experience is a must
Golf experience not necessary, but a big bonus!

Successful cadidate MUST be 18+ Years old.

Hours

We are looking for a perminant team member to work 20-35hrs/week, this works out to be 3-4 days a week. Weekend availability is a MUST.

We are also looking for permenant staff looking for 8-16hrs/week. At least one of these shifts will be at the weekend.

Rate of Pay: A competitive hourly rate will be paid in line with candidates experience.
