THE ROLE

We are now looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager based in Germany to provide personalized support to help our customers maximize the full potential of Toptracer Range. The Regional Sales Manager will represent Toptracer Range products and services with an understanding of meeting customer needs while achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Plan and organize daily schedules to generate leads, build relationships, and engage with existing or potential customers in the Golf Driving Range and Facilities industry. Take ownership of individual and team targets, leading by example to demonstrate performance excellence. Develop and implement territory action plans using data analysis, refining sales tactics based on field interactions and results.
POSSIBILITIES
- Represent Toptracer Range products and services with a deep and comprehensive understanding identifying how Toptracer Range solutions meet the needs of the customer and consumer
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers in the Golf Driving Range and Golf Facilities industry.
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Proven experience working within sales in hardware or software
- High motivation, self-drive and are result-oriented.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Driving License
- Ability to travel full-time throughout the defined territory to attend sales and customer events
