The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. History
LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event ‘Invitational Series.’ 2023 saw the inaugural LIV Golf League host 14 events around the world, from Adelaide to Chicago, Andalucía to Singapore, as well as launch the game’s first Team franchises, captained by some of golf’s most decorated superstars.
The format, respecting the history and traditions of the game, has been optimized for modern day sports fans; 3-days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, offering a faster pace-of play to drive engaging storylines and offer an immersive fan experience.
The events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast around the world to over 300million homes, deliver a family-friendly environment, festival-style atmosphere, evening concert entertainment and world-class competition; a combination that is unique to the world of golf.
In 2024, LIV Golf will further expand the reach of the League, splitting the schedule between some of the most iconic venues across Asia, Europe and the Middle East with decorated venues in the US. The full player pathway, created in partnership with the Asian Tour, also launches, with the game’s first ever player Promotion and Relegation, and Player Transfer Window, as the holistic integration of LIV Golf is fully delivered.

Role Objective:
As the Event Experience Coordinator at LIV Golf, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of events and enhancing fan experiences. Your role will assist with the daily coordination, tracking, and execution of event and activation needs across the league. You will organize communications within the department and with external partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflow reports on Monday.com related to relevant suppliers
- Assist Event Managers with registration processes for tournament functions including creation of event registration forms, tracking of RSVPs and managing guest lists for tournament functions.
- Oversee event check-in processes, including training and managing brand ambassadors
- Act as a support role for execution of the Fan Village at tournaments requested to attend
- Support the planning and execution of league-wide events surrounding tournaments
- Assist with gifting ideas, obtaining quotes, and ordering and delivery processes. Communicate statuses and obtain appropriate approvals prior to placing orders.
- Assist with league-wide gifting program, including tracking items, inventory management, gifting lists, room drops, and repurposing items for future events. Maintain detailed tracking of gifting inventory and usage across each tournament.
- Handle inquiries from vendors and event suppliers, identifying potential beneficial partnerships
- Assist with upkeep of standard operating procedure manuals across the department.
- Work with internal departments to understand team and partner objectives for the Event Experience team to effectively deliver across events and fan experiences
- Support with creation of presentation decks surrounding fan initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Provide exceptional services by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of event requests and needs for execution
- Handle special accommodations and experiences for VIP guests and stakeholders.
Experience
- Experience tracking and coordinating diverse event requirements
- Knowledge in tracking event metrics and reporting
- Experience in creating comprehensive guest communication documents detailing all facets of an event
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meets deadlines, and proficiently use event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
