Planning
- Co-develops with regional sales manager on designated annual sales plan according to geographic, account & channel strategies
- Prepares for the future order sales program; includes understanding of sales policies and strategies
- Understands each season’s product flow, as well as micro & macro selling points (product v. range)
- Forecasts of each season’s product flow plans for all accounts in responsible market
Account Management
- Cascade down a sales plan by monthly basis for responsible accounts/customers, which included sales forecast, product categories/units, promotion activities and etc.;
- Implement and keep sales plan on track through sales activities, such as regular DEMO meeting, launch meetings, and etc.;
- Work closely with product/marketing team to develop network for sales growth;
- Work with operation team to provide excellent service from order placement to after-sales service;
- Build good relationship with external Golf Clubs for brand promotions, and sales achievement;
- Develop corporate sales in order for generating sales revenue;
Sell-Through Management
- Monitor store display in line with corporate VM strategy;
- Monitor inventory/stock;
- Sell-Through tracking by pieces and amounts;
- New launch turnover rate;
- Discount controlling;
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Contral and follow up the sell-in delivery rate;
- Collect, analyze and get insights from the data (sell-through/inventory/Top selling…) to support sales opportunities;
- Sales forecast VS achievement analysis;
- Accounts/Customers and consumer feedbacks collection;
- Conduct sales reports in terms of business needs;
Financial
- Sales target responsibility
- Achieve target margin
- Manages A/R
- Quarterly focus assigned by national sales manager
System and Processes
- Executes and follows up on each season’s future order sales/shipping plan
- Develops & maintains an in-depth awareness of inventory structure, with the goal of providing timely support for each customer’s retail inventories
- Follows sales calls and reporting process- includes regular and timely reports to the national sales manager
- Follows trade marketing processes -needs include regular and timely updates
- Provides a consistent and reliable point of contact for customers for all sales-related services, as well as a reference point for all other customer service related issues
