THE ROLE
We’re looking for a development and team-focused Software Engineering Manager for Toptracer’s Broadcast Development team. This team of skilled engineers develop, maintain, and support all facets of Toptracer as seen on TV and every step from tracking a golf ball to visualizing the path and data on top of video.
In this role, you’ll work with a global network of clients, delivery partners, and freelance operators across the top echelon of broadcasted golf. The role includes the opportunity to see the on-site operations of Majors and various tours first-hand, where Toptracer is an essential piece in delivering the best viewer experience possible to the people at home.
You will also be an integral part of the development itself by acting as the team’s Product Owner, in charge of the near-term development roadmap and priorities.

Cultural fits are as important to us as technical ones, so we make sure to have fun together. As Manager, you will be responsible for the team vision and execution, including innovation strategy. This role requires a large portion of self-awareness, and we value your emotional intelligence.
The Software Engineering Manager we are looking for is a natural leader with a background in building high-performing teams, and/or managing projects or acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager, within software development. Taking responsibility for your team’s well-being and helping with the best ways of working is obvious for you.
