Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and upholding the expectations and accountability of the outside services team.
• Assisting professional staff with the overall enforcement of club policies.
• Providing sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintaining an exceptionally neat, properly functioning golf car.
• Assisting with recruiting, training, scheduling and supervision of all outside golf staff.
• Tracking and teaching member preferences.
• Coordinating with professional staff on event preplanning, staging area, golf car and range set up, greet, and service plan.
• Assisting in educating players regarding the game.
• Overseeing the golf supplies inventory (Pin sheets, Scorecards, tees, pencils, cart towels, Range balls).
• Managing the proper function and maintenance of outside golf ops equipment (Range picker, ball washer, pressure washer, air pump, club cleaners, washer, dryer).
• Maintaining accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Servicing the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Attending staff meetings and member functions as required.
• Incorporating safe work practices in job performance.
• Performing other duties as required.
Minimum Qualification:
• One year related experience or training.
• Driver's License (Preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
