The Track Meydan Golf is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Golf Experience Manager.
The Golf Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall customer experience and operational aspects.
This role is crucial in ensuring that guests have a seamless, enjoyable, and high-quality experience from start to finish.
The Golf Experience Manager will work closely with a variety of departments, including Operations, Food and Beverage, Golf Professionals and the Director of Golf, to maintain an optimal environment for players and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the guest experience, ensuring that golfers and visitors receive outstanding service.
- Greet guests, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP golfers, special events, and large groups.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance the overall experience (e.g., events, tournaments, golf clinics).
Operations and Facility Management:
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure the golf course and practice areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Coordinate with course maintenance teams to ensure the course is in prime condition for play.
- Ensure that tee times, golf carts, and other reservations are organized and run smoothly.
Staff Management and Training:
- Manage and train golf operations staff, including cart attendants, and pro shop personnel, to ensure high service standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance, policies, and customer feedback.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellent service delivery.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, wildcard holders and corporate clients.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner, ensuring a resolution that maintains high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and direct communication.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate golf tournaments, corporate outings, and other special events.
- Work closely with the Hotel Sales team.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Work with the Hotel marketing team to promote Meydan Golf, events, and golf services.
- Assist with pricing strategies and package creation for lessons and event bookings.
Financial Management:
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the golf operations and guest experience areas.
- Monitor daily revenue, sales, and costs to meet financial goals and ensure profitability.
- Analyze operational data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving revenue and guest satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including those specific to golf course operations and guest services.
- Enforce safety protocols for players, staff, and guests, including proper use of equipment, carts, and course rules.
Tuition:
- During busy times, it would be advantageous for the Golf Experience Manager to be able to help with tuition. This is desirable but not essential.
