Position Summary: We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Global IT Applications Team as a Oracle Supply Chain Planning IT Analyst. This individual will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud supply planning solutions, making a significant impact on global TaylorMade Golf business. The position is responsible for the support, evolution, implementation, and integrity of IT solutions supporting TaylorMade Golf’s Global Supply Chain Planning and Supplier Collaboration functions. They will ensure that selected technology solutions deliver intended business values and align with the Company’s overall strategy. By applying a deep understanding of global supply chain planning business processes and supporting technologies, the individual will translate business requests into innovative IT solutions.
What you’ll do
Holistic Business Understanding: Connect individual initiatives and requirements into global solutions.
Collaborative Meetings: Regularly meet with business counterparts to identify and prioritize initiatives, recommending tech solutions that maximize business value.
Process Insight: Understand day-to-day supply planning and supplier collaboration processes to recognize emerging needs.
Partnerships: Work with third-party providers and local development teams to ensure timely development, delivery, and operation of application services and technology solutions.
IT Support Management: Manage IT applications support within agreed SLAs.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Planning Expert, you’ll collaborate closely with our Global Supply Chain Planning business team to support and enhance the use of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning application:
Working closely with global supply chain business teams to gather requirements, configure the Oracle Planning Cloud application (SaaS) and define integration points to support solution roll-out to the global Taylormade Golf footprint.
Empower business users to maximize the value of existing IT Supply Planning solutions.
Troubleshoot Oracle Planning Cloud application behavior and address gaps.
Resolve data integrity and integration issues.
Maximize the use of OTBI reports to meet business requirements.
Understand changing business requirements and suggest enhancements.
Analyze Oracle Supply Planning Cloud releases and drive desired feature implementations.
Collaborate with Oracle Support and development teams to influence cloud solution evolution.
Influence Oracle Supply Planning Cloud application growth as a member of Oracle Customer Advisory Board.
Stay updated on IT trends and align with Global IT strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic global work environment.
Work closely with IT counterparts and business partners locally and globally.
Actively participate in IT innovation and continuous process improvement.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required
Knowledge/deep understanding of Supply Planning concepts
Proficiency in data mining and manipulation
Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
Negotiation skills
Highly developed customer-focused skills
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to plan and schedule work
Active team member but able to work autonomously

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology
4+ years in Oracle Supply Chain Planning suite (Oracle ASCP, Oracle SCM/VCP) or related SaaS planning IT solutions (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA/I2, SAP IBP, Logility) support and management.
4+ years designing, developing, or implementing IT solutions in a global environment.
Experience preferably in manufacturing/retail industry supply chain.
Experience with supplier collaboration tools, preferably CSE (Collaborative Supplier Execution) by Blue Yonder preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
Frequent travel may be required.
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach tocompensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining basecompensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, andwork location. The expectedannualbase pay range for this position is$125,000 – $135,000.Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays,paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
