We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst specializing in treasury to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, and supporting our global financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury functions, financial analysis, and risk management.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage forecasted cash flow impacts for all necessary facility draws, repayments or interest under term loans and asset-backed lending facility.
Leverage the Treasury Workstation to manage period-end reporting of various treasury and accounting functions, including FX, investments, debt, credit facilities, and intercompany loan reporting.
Contribute to the global expansion of the Treasury Workstation across TaylorMade’s international finance partners to further support a globally consolidated 13-wk cash forecast.
Prepare monthly forecasts for the swap portfolio and open inventory contracts, and assist in the preparation of quarterly materials for the Hedge Committee.
Support the expansion of the current FX hedging program by contributing to the creation of a global investment policy and overseeing LEI renewal and maintenance.
Manage the intercompany loan portfolio and servicing through TWS functionality.
Work with external banking partners and legal counsel in preparation of all KYC documentation requests to support company expansion and compliance.
Maintain positive banking relationships with counterparty banks, support banking integration projects and monitor account analysis charges to reduce costs associated with banking services.
Aid in ongoing servicing of capital structure including, coordination and preparation of borrowing base certificates, collateral reporting and other covenant compliance reporting required by the credit facility and term loan.
Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operations and incorporate best practices, including enhancement of process and procedure materials and creation of a disaster recovery plan.
Stay current with global economic market changes and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with accounting team to ensure proper compliance on all internal and external audit requirements.
Lead cross-treasury, cross-functional and/or international projects as needed.
Performs other responsibilities as required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Ability to quickly understand complex transactions and provide direction to treasury team and accounting leadership regarding impacts on accounting, reporting, processes, and controls.
Technical knowledge of capital markets and foreign exchange products; Bloomberg experience preferred.
Strong analytical, research, organizational, accounting, and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and oral English communication skills.
Ability to present data to various levels and audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Excel - advanced level).
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team environment.
Must be curious, well-organized, hands on and detail oriented and work with a sense of urgency.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills suited to working across teams.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Business
3+ years of treasury experience in a public company or large corporation or related finance position with focus on Capital Markets and FX Management.
CTP certification preferred.

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
