THE ROLE
Toptraceris looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Software operationsdevelopment team. Our teams are responsible for developing and implementing oursoftware & configuration tooling for our infrastructure. As a ProductOwner, you are leading the team to build and successfully deliver according tothe product roadmap. You will also work closely with various externalstakeholders to build transparency, trust, and secure alignment to the overallproduct roadmap. As a Product Owner, you will also play a crucial part infostering a culture of team accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
POSSIBILITIES
- Collaborateclosely with stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements and translatethem into a clear, comprehensive product vision and roadmap.
- Prioritizeand manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most critical and technicallychallenging features are delivered first.
- Workclosely with the development team to break down requirements into detailed userstories and tasks, considering the technical feasibility.
- Serve asthe primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance andclarifications on product requirements and key approaches, fostering effectivecollaboration.
- Continuouslyengage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the productdevelopment process, ensuring that the team effectively addresses their needs.
- Facilitateregular sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensurethe team's progress and gather valuable insights for improvements.
- Monitorthe development team's progress and ensure the timely delivery of high-qualityproduct increments, proactively addressing any technical obstacles that may arise.
- Collaboratewith other Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistencyacross the company, fostering a cohesive product ecosystem.
- Be a part of adynamic team of experienced engineers developing new andexciting technology for thousands of golf ranges, Topgolf Venues and newbusiness opportunities.

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in computer science or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with a demonstrated ability to adapt and tailor these practices and make them work in different contexts.
- Technical experience in software development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and development teams.
- Technical knowledge and deep understanding of software development processes, and test-driven development.
It’s alsogreat if you have:
- ProductOwner certification (CSPO) or equivalent.
