ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a candidate to add to our team that will play an essential role in the planning and execution of many projects within the Canadian market. The ideal candidate is someone who will take the initiative to start and lead projects from start to completion. This role will also involve collaboration with our US head office employees for planning and forecasting purposes of fitting tools and marketing materials that would be shipped nationally as well as managing our Professional Staffers. We also want this person to have an energetic personality and willingness to not only collaborate internally with our team, but to assist in engaging our customers as needed by the leadership team.

- Outbound Sales Calls to New Golf Doors
- Trade Show Planning And Execution
- National Accounts Support
- Fitting Cart Program Management
- Merchandising Ordering and Execution
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- SAP, Excel and Business Objects Knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills, including ability to handle difficult customers, and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent organizational skills for sales and marketing execution
- Strong understanding of Callaway Golf club fitting protocol
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in marketing, communications, project management or social media, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in either a retail or golf operation including interaction with customers preferred

How You Will Make a Difference: You strategically partner with different areas across the business to support company objectives and support brand programs. You will assist in sales support of all brands managed through the Callaway Golf Canada Office. You will take initiative on projects and lead conversation to bring results on areas you are responsible for managing. You will drive conversation for collaboration and feedback from leadership team when needed to ensure we are executing on time and with excellence.
How you will do it: By tactically executing objectives to achieve business goals. You ensure the teams comply and adhere to policies and procedures and align to the overall strategy. You address challenges such as Merchandising ordering and fulfillment, visual marketing execution, Fitting program forecasting and shipping, Showroom management and outbound sales calls to new customers.
