We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Store Administrator to play a vital role in the efficient operation of our retail store. As a Store Administrator at American Golf, your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, allowing you to make a significant impact on our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming merchandise.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records, ensuring alignment with new stock arrivals.
- Conduct routine stock audits and promptly investigate any discrepancies.
- Utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage customer data, track sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the precise and timely entry and upkeep of customer records.
- Safely handle and transport merchandise within the store, adhering to established manual handling guidelines and safety protocols.
- Receive and meticulously process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt fulfilment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Establish effective communication channels with suppliers to facilitate club repair services
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, stock management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other retail software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage manual handling tasks safely, following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Knowledge of golf equipment and accessories is desirable but not mandatory
