JOB OVERVIEW
This leadership position is responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Global Facilities, Maintenance and Contract Services groups. Directs and leads managers and supervisors to provide on-going support for corporate facilities, logistics and production operations globally. Provides strategic direction for ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, project manages production equipment fabrication activities, oversees ongoing facilities/property management and construction projects along with identifying and implementing sustainability initiatives. Responsible for managing multiple cost center budgets, capital projects, and operates within approved budget guidelines.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties
- Directs and participates with department management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the Facilities Department including those at our subsidiaries, logistics and manufacturing facilities globally.
- Responsible for oversight of Physical Plant day-to-day operations as well as Life Cycle Management of existing equipment. Prepares specifications for physical plant projects; prepares bid specifications for projects, equipment, and contracted services related to capital investments and repairs. Responsible for overall project management and execution of improvement projects.
- Develops and monitors multiple departmental cost center budgets including Capital Investment projects.
- Responsible for developing departmental goals and objective that are consistent with the Global Operations department and strategic corporate objectives.
- Develops programs, metrics and action plans centered on continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible for the acquisition, fabrication, tracking, maintenance, and disposition of all production equipment and assets.
- Provides direction and assumes project management responsibilities for facility construction projects locally and globally.
- Responsible for maintaining a productive working relationship with City officials including Planning, Engineering and the Fire department to assure projects are consistent with local laws and permitted when appropriate.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining energy procurement contracts in order to maintain company's Direct Access (D.A.) status.
- Oversee company environmental/manufacturing practices are consistent with state and federal laws and guidelines.
- Assures policies and procedures are maintained, updated annually and are in accordance with OSHA, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Responsible for conducting performance reviews of direct reports in the Facilities and Contract Services departments.
Daily Tasks

- Provides direction and assume project management responsibilities for campus construction, tenant improvement and other facility improvement related activities nationally and globally.
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Tasks
- Direct and manage corporate real estate by assuming budgetary responsibility as well as contractual responsibility for outside service providers.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining energy procurement contracts in order to maintain company's Direct Access (D.A.) status.
- Oversee company environmental/manufacturing practices are consistent with state and federal laws and guidelines.
- Assures policies and procedures are maintained, updated annually and are in accordance with OSHA, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Responsible for conducting performance reviews and employee development plans.
Authority to Act
- Adheres to Topgolf Callaway Brands policies.
- Approves capital funding requests, contracts, and expenses within signature authority.
- On the spot positive reinforcement within expense limits and company guidelines.
- Approval of overtime for non-exempt subordinates.

- Understands and considers the financial impact of decisions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B.S) in Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management or associated technical discipline (engineering, etc.).
- 5-6 years experience managing multiple functions or single-function across business units.
- 5-6 years experience working in a Facilities Management capacity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (if applicable)
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Frequently asked to travel locally, nationally and globally
