As a Golf Operations Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the golf facility, from maintaining the range to providing excellent customer service. Your contributions will help create an exceptional experience for our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the driving range operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain an adequate supply of balls in the ball dispensing machine.
- Ensure range mats are turned every week, and range tees are available in all range mats.
- Keep the driving range clean, litter-free, and tables and chairs squared.
- Log and maintain golf range machinery.
- Unplug range balls on the range during winter months.
- Collect range balls using manual push collectors at periodic times when necessary.
- Operate machinery to collect and wash range balls.
- Greet and check in members and visitors at the reception area.
- Take orders and serve customers, including providing information about available food and beverage services and promotions.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operations of the golf facility.

- Competence to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work weekends and weekdays, as well as flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
- Follow verbal and written instructions and act on your own initiative when working.
