This position will focus on leading the development and activation of strategic and philanthropic partnerships related to the PGA Junior League within PGA REACH. Measures for success will include program awareness, adoption, partner satisfaction, and exceeding program participation goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL PARTNER INITIATIVES: (Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):
Manage all aspects of the PGA Jr League scholarship program. This includes being proactive in searching and exploring opportunities for growth to drive greater participation.
Leads partnership implementation nationwide and serves as the main point of contact within the company.
Facilitates both external and internal communications with involved departments.
Engages PGA Members, sections, facilities, donors, participants, and other stakeholders necessary to ensure positive movement toward defined goals and objectives.
Compiles monthly statistical information reports on results and provides critical analysis on such to ensure continued positive movement toward defined goals and objectives. Manages best practices and collects programmatic-driven data to ensure the quality of programs and successes.
Leads the development and implementation of technical needs, playbooks, policies, procedures, and enhancements used for partnership administration and recommends improvements and modifications when appropriate.
Manages compliance standards, including compliance with donor requirements, and timelines as they relate to PGAJL scholarships, Opportunity Leagues, and the scholarship program.
Contributes to the development of strategic plans for PGA Junior League scholarships and Opportunity Leagues.
Supports the broader PGA REACH activations across all pillars including but not limited to PGA Show, Annual Meeting, PGA WORKS, PGA Places to Play, PGA HOPE

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Development Management of PGA Junior League budgets. Management of Partnership funding. (ex. Dick’s Sporting Goods grant funding.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
3 years of golf industry experience, knowledge of scholarship program management, PGA Junior League, program management, and business administration experience preferred.
PGA Member Preferred
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of grant and scholarship administration. Must have the ability to make presentations, present information, and respond to questions representing the Association. Knowledge of Google Workspace; Knowledge of PGA REACH and PGA Junior League required; Knowledge of PGA of America required; Knowledge of the Golf Industry required.
Ability to travel up to 25%, including the ability to work and travel on nights and weekends for events.
