Position Summary:
Solution Designer Programming ERP Applications [technical designer] is a key contributor to the evolution, implementation and integrity of TaylorMade Golf’s key investments in its Global ERP applications. This position is responsible for creating technical designs for the implementation team throughout the development cycle. Applying a deep understanding of business processes and related technologies, this position will understand requests from business and translate them into innovative state-of-the–art solutions. Reports directly to Solution Architect ERP Applications.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Understands existing and anticipated ERP technical needs that meet business demand
Collaborates with key strategic ERP solutions partners for small- and large-scale engagements to help develop the vision of the technology service with a focus on quality developments and permanent long term-solutions
Works closely with IT infrastructure, Service Desk, and Database Administrator groups in support of Oracle ERP and delivery of information technology applications
Partners with business analysts, respective cross-functional business groups, and functional teams to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
Supports Global Business & Functional team with enhancing existing and implementing new ERP systems and modules, including but not limited to:
Defining, designing, documenting, and presenting technical solutions
Coordinates solution development, user acceptability testing, and implementation
Identifies and develops key performance indicators for efficiencies around technical solution and resource allocation
Supports systems performance management by engaging in SQL tuning, identifying performance bottlenecks, and identifying permanent solutions to such issues
Designs and develops code of highest quality, with no post-production issues
Own and assists both development and design of complex issues, major technical needs of strategic projects and production bug fixes.
Exercises a deep understanding of various Oracle diagnostics tools, monitoring scripts, and systems configuration to manage production issues and deliver quality technical solutions
Monitor Oracle EBS for all Oracle EBS related transactions, performance, alerts, activity and take immediate action when required.
Maintains and creates Oracle Flex Fields, Forms Personalization, Responsibilities, Security Profiles, Audit Trails, Web ADI, Work Structures, Concurrent Programs, Schedules, APIs, User Setups, Triggers, etc.
Develops and enhances user guides including standard operating procedures for Oracle EBS by utilizing AIM methodology through documenting technical requirements in MD50, MD70, MD120, BR100s and other Oracle related standard documents
Actively participate in the development and continual improvement of ERP footprint
Implements development and business processes best practices throughout the organization
Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Strong experience in the following Oracle technologies, especially related to EBS R12, required:
Oracle EBS development tools – SQL Navigator, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, Apex
Oracle technology – SQL, PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, Advanced Queue (AQ), Webservices, AWR, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Shell Scripting, etc.
Oracle Database and Application Server
Cloud Integration
Working experience in the following Oracle modules required:
Oracle Advanced pricing
Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (Inventory, Bills of Material, Cost Management)
Oracle Order Management (ONT)
Working experience in the following Oracle modules preferred:
Experience in Java, ADF, MDF or SOA knowledge is a plus.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT related field
3-5 years’ strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Processes.
Experience or training in ITIL preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology
Implementation of one or more key projects supporting mid-large size business
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage
Ability to work extended hours as necessary
Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
Some domestic and international travel may be required
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach tocompensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining basecompensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, andwork location. The expectedannual base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000.Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays,paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
