We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media strategy for our new apparel division. This role will play a pivotal role in connecting with our target market of affluent active professionals, driving brand awareness, engagement, sales, and customer loyalty across various social media platforms.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals, focusing on reaching, resonating, and growing our channels with affluent active professionals.
- Content Creation and Curation: Lead the creation and curation of engaging and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, and captions, that reflect the brand's premium and stylish image. Ensure content is consistent with the athleisure lifestyle and speaks to our target audience.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain a strong presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter (X), tailoring content and strategies to suit each platform's audience and features.
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engagement among our social media followers. Respond to comments, messages, and engage in meaningful conversations to build relationships with our audience.
- Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors whose values align with our brand at the micro and macro levels. Coordinate influencer partnerships to promote our products and increase brand visibility.
- Content Calendar: Develop, manage, maintain, and present a content calendar, scheduling posts and campaigns to ensure a consistent and strategic social media presence.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to evaluate the performance of campaigns and content. Provide weekly and monthly reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Paid Advertising: Alongside the Acquisition and Retention Manager, plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and ad creative development.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, e-comm, and product design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and brand strategies.
- Performs other responsibilities as required.

- Comfortable in a startup environment, adaptable to change, resourceful, and capable of thriving in ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & Keynote
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in social media management, preferably in the golf, sports, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.
- Experience in social media analytics and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Experience in identifying and implementing innovative social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Typical office conditions with consistent computer use (Mac & iOS preferred).
- Occasional domestic travel required
- Ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed to support athlete win activations, launches, etc.
- Light physical effort equal to lifting or moving of lightweight materials (up to 25 pounds)
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annualbase pay range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
