Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership & Mentoring: Oversee and mentor team members, foster professional development, and encourage knowledge-sharing.
- Security Oversight: Lead assessments, audits, policy development, and strengthen the security posture for Arcis Golf and its partners.
- IT Management: Collaborate with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) for SOC support.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses, design remediation plans, produce reports, and implement compensating controls.
- Policy & Compliance: Maintain and integrate policies/standards, ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements, and sponsor compliance projects.
- Access Management: Oversee Quarterly Access Reviews using IAM tools.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in SIEM, reporting dashboards, and recommending system enhancements.
- Vendor Management: Document and develop vendor risk management.
- Advocacy & Guidance: Act as a security and risk advocate, providing expert advice across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
- Red/Blue/Purple: Engage vendor and develop remediation plans with various internal and external teams.
- Position would report to Director of IT.
Education & Experience Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in IT, specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- At least 2 years facilitating audit engagements.
- 3+ years in IT risk management and strategic consulting.
- 5+ years in IT as a systems/network administrator is preferred.
- Hands-on IT infrastructure experience (network topology, Microsoft OS, patching, change management, Active Directory).
- 3+ years in control monitoring, reporting, and automation.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, data centers).
Frameworks:
- In-depth knowledge of NIST, ISO, and other risk/control frameworks.
- Tools: Microsoft Defender, Intune, Active Directory, SentinelOne, IronScales, Sumo Logic, Rapid7, Cybercast, Qualys, Nessus, Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Assurance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications preferred (CISM, CISA, or equivalent

Position located in Dallas, Texas. Candidates would need to live in the metroplex and commute to office at least 3 days a week after on-boarding period. Would need to be proficient in English (speaking, reading writing). Arcis Golf cannot sponsor any Visa applicants or holders; candidate must have US Citizenship prior to applying to position.
