Position Summary:
The Experiential Specialist is newly created position and is responsible for providing both internal and external support for all Experiential program initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Experiential Manager to deliver a robust custom fitting training program and content for commercial retailers and Greengrass partners. This individual will manage inventory and distribution of all necessary field tools, resources, and equipment to ensure the successful execution of Experiential events and activities.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive custom fitting training programs, focusing on Greengrass and strategic retailer in-person fitter education.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of the fitting process to ensure a consistent and high-quality fitting experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create, maintain, and distribute marketing materials—including event posters and promotional assets—to support Experiential and Tour Experience events.
- Provide responsive support to Experiential Representatives, Leads, Fitters, and Sales Reps in the field, including managing demo fitting matrices and addressing daily inquiries.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels and coordinate distribution of all supportive field tools including marketing items for both internal fitters and external fitting partners.
- Manage the allocation and servicing of field launch monitors, including coordination of repairs and maintenance.
- Partner with IT to support and implement updates to the myFittingExp application. Attend weekly meetings to ensure accurate training documents, troubleshooting and correct reporting procedures are communicated to the team.
- Deliver a tour-caliber golf club fitting experience using TaylorMade fitting methods, equipment, and technology.
- Support the Tour Experience program through inventory reconciliation, product returns, calendar oversight, vehicle maintenance records, and related administrative tasks.
- Attend and support large format fitting events including Tour Van fitting events.
- Support growth of premium golf ball through hosting peak season activations.
- Understand of the golf swing and its impact on equipment fitting for players of all skill levels.
- Provides direct support to the Experiential Manager and perform other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Must be able to work independently and cohesively with others in achieving goals

- Must possess a high-level of golf skills, knowledge and terminology
- Ability to be proactive and assertive and be skilled at problem solving
- Must be empathetic and respectful to both customer and consumer needs
- Intermediate to high level computer skills are required; Excel, GC Quad, and Trackman
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- 3+ years working knowledge of club fitting for golf professionals and public golfers.
- PGA/PGM Affiliation preferred.
- Must have golf industry, retail and/or education (i.e. PGM Program, Golf Academy) experience.
- Must have golf playing ability: 5 or better golf handicap is required.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Office environment and considerable amount of time standing/working outdoors on the range
- Substantial travel required; must be able to travel across Canada to perform in person training sessions (+30% traveling)
- Flexibility in days and hours available for scheduled work; including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
