(Archived) Golf Holiday Sales Executive

Job Description

After a rapid period of growth over the course of 2020 we have an urgent need for new team members. As we approach our busiest booking season, we need dynamic and tenacious individuals to join our Sales Team.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 months telesales experience
  • Good phone skills / experience of selling over the phone to clients
  • Confident with the ability to forge strong rapport/relationships with clients
  • Ability to work to monthly targets
  • Strong qualifying and closing skills
  • Consultative sales skills
  • Driven, motivated and use to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • An interest in golf is preferred but not essential. A focus on delivering the highest levels of customer service however is mandatory.

The Role:

  • Daily identification, nurturing and closing of new sales opportunities
  • Working to a Weekly / Monthly / Yearly target
  • Continuously engaging with our customers making them aware of suitable packages and available to meet their needs
  • Issuing quotes in a timely manner
  • Meeting KPI’s (calls, quotes, conversions etc.)
  • Liaising with resorts, hotels & golf courses to arrange client trips and tee times
