- Serving customers with openness & integrity.
- Providing customers with advice on equipment.
- Providing customers with quotes on their equipment.
- Updating the website with new products.
- Preparing online orders.
- Corresponding with customers via email.
- Liaising with the retail manager to ensure the shop is always “customer ready”.
- Work with the team in the execution of Trade-in days.
- Help us build relationships with other golf partners.
- Help the growth of Replay Golf’s social media outlets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent golf equipment knowledge.
- A minimum of 2 years retail experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- An attention to detail.
- A hunger to learn and grow with our business.
You will be reporting to the retail manager and full training and support will be provided.
