(Archived) Retail Manager

Reports to: Golf Operations Manager

Supervises: Retail team

Location: Camiral Golf and Wellness (Girona)

We are looking for an organized and experienced retail manager to ensure that sales targets are met and customers are satisfied with their service. Reporting to the Golf operations manager, she or he will be responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of sales, staff, and stock

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales targets
• Ordering stock for the store, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns
• Overseeing pricing
• Control costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota’s
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Assign staff to shifts.
• Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPI’s
• Dealing with customer issues and complaints
• Preparing store and advertising displays

• Previous experience in effectively managing store operations, stock and admin duties (clothing industry. Preferably golf industry)

• A degree in business management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Natural leadership abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Availability to work weekends
• Fluent in Spanish and English
