(This role is based at our Warrington Branch)
We are currently hiring for a Full time Department Head
- (40 hours per week)
The responsibilities of the Department Head would include:
- Dealing with any departmental queries or issues..
- Dealing with customers in-store, offering excellent customer service
- Assisting with customer phone call queries.
- Helping with a huge variety of tasks within the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent managerial and customer service
- Computer literacy
- Must have experience in a golf retail environment
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Openness to take on variety of different tasks
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
