Job Description

Flat Creek Course
Flat Creek Country Club is a 27-hole facility located in Peachtree City. The golf course opened in 1968 and was designed by Joe Lee. Ever popular among the Members, this 27-hole championship Peachtree City golf course features three diverse nines, a variety of elevation changes and beautiful views of the Flat Creek, which meanders throughout the course. Flat Creek Country Club also features a large, double-sided driving range with both mat and grass hitting areas, targets and premium range balls, as well as a short game practice area.
Flat Creek is closed on Mondays. Walking is permitted before 8 AM or after 12 PM on weekdays and holidays.

Braelinn Course
Braelinn is a wonderful collaboration from architects Joe Lee and Rocky Roquemore. The course is located in Peachtree City, Georgia and the 18-hole facility opened in 1988. Braelinn has been a Member favorite ever since it opened. The 18-hole layout includes a unique mix of holes with beautiful tree-lined fairways, challenging water features and more bunkers than many of our other ClubCorp golf courses. Braelinn also features a double-sided driving range with both mat and grass hitting areas, targets and premium range balls, as well as a short game practice area and two full-time golf instructors to help you improve your game.
Braelinn is currently closed on Wednesdays. Walking is permitted after 3:30 PM on weekends and holidays.

Whitewater Creek Course
Whitewater Creek Country Club, located in Fayetteville is a true Arnold Palmer signature course and is known among Atlanta golfers and Members alike for having one of the best layouts in all of South Atlanta. The 18-hole championship course is made up of gorgeous fairways lined with giant oak trees and perfectly manicured greens that are nestled among rolling foothills and majestic waterways. Creative bunkers and well-placed water hazards contribute to a challenging, yet enjoyable round of golf every time you make a tee time.
Whitewater Creek is currently closed on Thursdays. Walking is permitted after 3:30 PM on weekends and holidays.

White Oak Course
White Oak Golf Club, located just south of Atlanta in Newnan, Georgia, opened as an 18-hole championship golf course in 1986. Additional nines were added in 1987 and 1990, bringing the course to the total 36-hole facility that our Members enjoy today. Rocky Roquemore was the principal architect, and the course has always been a favorite among our Atlanta golf Members and their guests. White Oak offers Members two very distinct layouts: The Old Course, with a very traditional layout, and the Seminole Course, with a more modern layout. Both courses provide golfers of all skill levels an enjoyable round.
White Oak is currently open seven days a week. Walking is permitted before 8 AM or after 12 PM on weekends and holidays.

Canongate I Course
Canongate I Golf Club, located in Sharpsburg, Georgia originally opened in 1965 with 18 holes designed by world-renowned architects Dick Wilson and Joe Lee. An additional 18 holes were added in 1999, creating the 36-hole facility that Members know and love today. Architects Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton were responsible for the addition. This unique, 36-hole Club features four distinct nines that integrate seamlessly into the surrounding natural area, making it a favorite among all of our Members. In addition to the courses, the Club offers a double-sided driving range with both mat and grass hitting areas, targets and premium range balls, as well as a short game practice area.
Canongate I is open seven days a week. Walking is permitted before 8 AM or after 12 PM on weekends and holidays.

Player Development Professional

The Player Development Professional partners with the Director of Golf and/or Head Golf Professional and is responsible for creating a culture of improvement at the Club to generate increased levels of participation in social practice and learning programs amongst the Members and amongst prospective Members. The goal is to increase member value and appeal of the Club to prospects and Members via improved retention, increased participation, and the development of a more vibrant and enjoyable golf community.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their retention, activation, and participation.

• Execution of player development activities (this includes coaching, engagement events, golf with members, swing assessments, fittings, active marketing events, and non-traditional golf events such as a short-game challenge).

• Creation and management of a new membership pipeline including management of the conversion to member.

• Improvement of golfers playing performance through coaching and fitting.

• Execute and manage junior, adult, new golfer, and social coaching programs with minimum numbers participating.

• Execute and manage active marketing events.

• Passion for improving the performance of students.

• Interest in swing fundamentals, athletic performance, and technology associated with its measurement.

• Interest in students as a people and drive to create confidence, character, and connection.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion preferred.
