Leads the Retail Marketing team to execute collaborative marketing efforts with assigned retail accounts. Must be able to efficiently balance the complex requirements of large national and regional chains, while handling the demands of smaller assigned local outlets. Through partnership with assigned accounts, develops and implements synergistic marketing strategies which ensure both Callaway and retailers&rsquo needs are met while maximizing product exposure and creating premium consumer experiences. Direct department in Callaway Golf&rsquos full portfolio of products. Directs customer specific POP and POS needs, product sampling, promotional calendar management, product imagery for catalogues, on-line/database building and any additional activities that maximize sell through. Acts as the liaison to assigned accounts as well as Design Operations, Merchandising and Sales departments to provide input regarding customer needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
&bull Partner with key contacts from assigned retail accounts in development of co-marketing campaigns
&bull Direct retail-able materials and solutions for all product lines carried by assigned accounts
&bull Direct and develop trade promotions and campaigns in conjunction with retail partners - including design and implementation
&bull Partner in event coordination with assigned accounts, Sales and Marketing teams
&bull Direct customer catalog, internet layouts and campaigns &ndash including development, review and recommendations about which Callaway products or programs should be featured
&bull Ensure each account&rsquos line plans consider appropriate product diversity, depth, pricing structure/strategy and visual merchandise presentation goals based on retailer feedback
&bull Provides valuable input to marketing as it relates to the direction and the point of view of sales and assigned customers. Represents the goals of Callaway Golf marketing plan to customers.
&bull Direct the facilitation of trade promotions and campaigns including design and coordination
&bull Directs presentations in mock retail environments and helps develop product flow plans based on accounts, environments, and fixture programs
&bull Manage depart budgets and accounting procedures
&bull Manage vendor contracts and agreements

&bull Thorough understanding of retail channel marketing environment
&bull Ability to set strategic direction and execute to plan
&bull Management of a retail marketing department
&bull Skilled at budget management
&bull Ability to work directly with external agencies
&bull Thorough knowledge of online business and associated policies
&bull Ability to direct and manage people that are not direct reports
&bull Intermediate computer proficiency including MS Office, various social media platforms and general internet experience
&bull Ability to develop a project plan and drive plan to completion with inputs from various departments/external agencies
&bull Ability to collaborate with others and influence to achieve overall goals
&bull Ability to professionally represent the company with customer contacts.
&bull Must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision.
&bull Strong ability to solve problems and offer effective solutions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
&bull Bachelor&rsquos degree in related field
&bull Minimum 10 years related experience with a proven track record
&bull Sports Retail knowledge required
&bull Account management experience required
&bull Merchandising experience required
&bull Consumer product background preferred
&bull Golf Industry experience preferred
&bull Golf knowledge preferred
