Software Development Manager (1070591)

Toptracer is looking for a delivery and team-focused Software Development Manager to lead the Game Development team in Stockholm. The Game Development team owns, builds, and delivers the central gaming experience of Toptracer Range world-wide and is a core enabler for Toptracer business across the globe. As Manager you will be responsible for our Game development teams, ensuring they grow as engineers and that they enjoy their time at Toptracer. This role requires a large portion of self-awareness, and we value your emotional intelligence.

Experience in leading, managing, and coaching software developers to grow

An Agile approach, and an interest in making the environment around your teams sustainable and fun.

Solid experience working in an agile development environment

The ability to see the different needs and strengths of different people, and catalyzing that to something bigger thru teamwork
