We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator that is a team player and happy to jump in and roll up their sleeves to support our fast paced team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all interviewing scheduling, assist in reporting, streamline processes and deliver a phenomenal candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator requires a high level of organizational and administrative skills in conjunction with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and love to learn. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, and support the Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities that will enhance the interview, candidate, and hiring manager experience
  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, teams and in person) at all phases of the recruiting process (internal and external) and coordinate related activity such as; travel arrangements, interviewer schedules, interview confirmation, day of interview candidate management
  • Manage all administrative and operational support throughout the full life cycle of the recruiting process
  • Provide an excellent applicant and candidate experience
  • Complete reference checking
  • Support reporting updates for Talent Acquisition team
  • Supports the job, posting process on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manages expense reporting and job posting costs for Talent Acquisition
  • Assists with the offer letter process and new hire communication to hiring managers & HR Business Partners
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening and closing requisitions, dispositioning of candidates, and generating a wide variety of reports
  • Assistance with candidate sourcing and screening on selected positions
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure you have intimate knowledge of all job requisitions
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate ad hoc and standard reports/metrics (Diversity, Time-to fill, turnover etc.)
  • Assists in researching long and short-term cost-effective recruitment strategies
  • Assist with our internship program and continue to build relationships with career centers and colleges

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand complexities of project management
  • Aptitude to monitor project effectiveness and make needed task adjustments to complete necessary work correctly and on time
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization and with external candidates
  • Ability to function in a continuously changing environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and develop
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruiting, HR, Operations, or similar administrative position
  • High-volume scheduling experience a plus
  • Experience with an ATS and other recruiting tools a plus
  • Excel experience is preferred
