IT Senior Business Analyst (R0000764)

Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible for technical execution of business strategies across Finance and Supply Chain
Operations for Japan working cross‐functionally with Sales and Commercial Teams, Global IT and 3rd party
systems integration vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
・ Identify and solve problems affecting business solutions and work closely with Global IT and
business stakeholders to analyze business systems and make recommendations for improvements
・Work with the business stakeholders to provide IT specific support in creation of business cases
・Work with business stakeholders to document business process and IT requirements and
coordinate with Global IT and 3rd party SI vendors the detailed technical requirements
・Facilitate system delivery acceptance by creating End to End User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan,
managing UAT execution and issue resolution, and facilitate decision‐making activities.
・ Facilitate cross‐functional cutover activity management to ensure successful go live

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
・ In‐depth knowledge of ERP systems especially around Order Management, Supply Chain and Finance
・Solid acumen of end to end system development cycle methodologies
・Display abilities to evaluate requirements, selection of the right solution, proposal of value
improvements and implementation of the solutions.
・Solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills

・Fluency in both Japanese and English, written and spoken

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

・University degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related
field information
・ Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis or IT supervisory position
・ Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology development and deployment projects
・ Hands on experience in ERP application is desired
・Experience in sports industry is a plus
