We have a fantastic opportunity for a ‘Sous Chef’ to join our team at Pollok Golf Club. Are you ready to start anew challenge? If so, Pollok Golf Club may just be the place for you.
We are ideally looking for applicants who are currently in a Sous/Second Chef position. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will bring together a menu that will cater for all our members & guests needs day to day & for evening bookings. You will also cover the Head Chef’s role on their days off, leading the team & driving standards.
Your normal working week will be between 40-48 hours, this can be subject to change depending on the club’s needs.
Working for the catering franchise Hector & Harriet within our club, you will be part of our team to ensure the best customer experience within our clubhouse.
- 21k – 23k Annually (rising to 25k based on performance
