Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Wipe tables and ensure cleanliness of all service and dining areas.
- Use cash register to calculate cost of the total order accept and process payment for food and beverages.
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serve wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing kitchen operations and beverage staff to ensure highest quality standards are met. 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of one year experience in restaurant service, cashiering, bartending, customer service and cash handling is required.
