Job Description

Shadow Hills Golf Club in Indio, CA is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of seasonal full-time and/or part-time Line Cook. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities of the Line Cook: • Works all positions on cooks line • Maintains proper sanitation guide lines • Effectively produce food in the highest quality, consistency, presentation and speed• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications for the Line Cook:
• Associates Culinary Degree and 5 years of Culinary experience and/or training in high volume restaurant or club ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications:
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
