Toptracer Technologies have users and viewers all over the world. Our mission is to help people enjoy the wonderful game of golf even more by tracing contributions to TV and driving range technology. Our range technology is used in 29 countries and the broadcast is aired over 200 times every year. All of our products are developed, tested and deployed from our R&D office in Mörby Centrum, Stockholm.

THE ROLE

Toptracer is looking for a delivery and team-focused Software Development Manager to lead two teams in our Stockholm HQ working with the Software Operations and Infrastructure teams.

The Software Operations team is the team that will enable us to multiply the thousands of Toptracer Range installations of servers, networks, and cameras through solid, cleverly designed, and scalable software. That software is today composed of a set of services and tools that the team owns and develops, and that are used internally by support technicians, installation teams, operations, sales... The team is therefore responsible for that our product deployment runs smoothly and that Toptracer can provide an efficient and professional service.

Our Infrastructure team is maintaining thousands of Linux servers and clients at hundreds of sites levering automation to maintain it all. The team is also responsible for the routers, switches and the VPN that interconnects all of it. Since the server park is growing continuously, scalability is a key factor, and they are working with modern tools such as Ubuntu Landscape, AWS, and VMware.

As Manager, you will be responsible for the team vision and execution, including innovation strategy, also having the right people and skills in the teams, and the growth and well-being of our associates. This role requires a large portion of self-awareness, and we value your emotional intelligence.
