Responsible for grassroots marketing plans with the most important being product seeding of end-consumers and retail partners.


  • Help lead grassroots marketing strategy and calendaring of major brand marketing initiatives, focused on driving awareness and customer acquisition
  • Manage seeding process including ordering, packaging, shipping, and tracking product
  • Communicate with customer service to ensure timely delivery of product for promotions and seeding
  • Communicate with customer service, golf pros, and retailers on orders with logo requests
  • Assist in returns and exchanging of sizes, styles, colors
  • Manage inventory and order seeding supplies (shipping boxes, wrapping supplies, etc.)
  • Attend trade show events and administer giveaways including tracking recipient’s data and ordering correct inventory for future shows
  • Lead athlete sponsor partnerships and product placement by vetting requests, ordering product with correct logo specs, following-up with agents to ensure athlete satisfaction
  • Proactively pursue selected preferred sponsored athletes to establish new brand partners
  • Build outfits, select appropriate product and number of items for athletes and place orders
  • Create, implement, and oversee a brand influencer strategy and plan that aligns with the brand and goals; measure the performance and impact of these partnerships on an ongoing basis
  • Establish and manage a celebrity seeding program to get product on celebrities in line with our brand
  • Lead promotional codes allocation program and track industry insider discounts
  • Coordinate with digital marketing on digital exposure of influencers and grassroots efforts
  • Raise marketplace awareness of influencer’s value proposition via client-direct engagement
  • Manage relationships with influencers, key industry leaders, sponsored athletes and other partners
  • Support sales and marketing at tournaments, tradeshows, and events
  • Collaborate with PR and Communications on media and consumer-facing events, and product launches

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and min. 2-3 years of experience with sponsorship, and brand management.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook); Knowledge of Netsuite and NuOrder a plus
  • Work confidentially with high-end clients and high-profile athletes
  • Service-oriented, reliable, positive, and flexible
  • Highly dedicated, detailed, and organized

At KJUS we feel that working from the office as much as possible increases collaboration, innovation, and productivity while contributing to our strong company culture. Candidates for this role are required to be local to the office and cannot be remote. However, after the first 60 days of employment, they have the option to partake in our hybrid work model if they believe they will thrive by incorporating the flexibility of a mixture of in-office and remote work.
