JOB OVERVIEW
The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation a cohesive journey for the customer which includes site testing, conversion optimization, analysis, among other tasks. Working closely with ecommerce and marketing cross-functional teams, this individual will keep teams up-to-date on site updates, inventory levels, and product launches in order to make the customer journey frictionless.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support QA and user acceptance testing
- Support the eCommerce Team with product launches
- Support the management of promo codes
- Support the monitoring of product reviews
- Investigate website bugs and initiate JIRA tickets for resolution
- Debug product feed issues
- Document critical processes related to website content updates
- Document requirements for new site enhancements
- Complete performance reporting and distribute to applicable stakeholders
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the user experience on travisathew.com
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, preferred
- Proficient in content management systems, ecommerce platforms, and / or email marketing platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics, preferred
- Proficient in JIRA, preferred
- Proficient in Hybris / SAP, preferred
- Experience in direct-to-consumer, preferred
- Ability to create and adapt structures, and formalize processes
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization to achieve assigned objectives in a cross-functional team-based environment
- Ability to work through technical issues
- Strong communication and organization skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or related field preferred
- 1 year experience in front end eCommerce content management tools
- 1 year experience in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer preferred
