2022 Summer Internship - Talent & Culture

Summary:

The Intern assigned to the Talent & Culture Team will have a unique opportunity to work in an area of the business that is managing progressive projects as we attempt to enhance the culture and elicit change. In our dynamic world, we want to continue to evolve the associate experience to retain and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
The TC intern could assist with:

• Assist with the design and content for the Internal Culture & Talent Website, to include:
  • Review of other sites, identify helpful resources for associates, method to catalog prior DIB related activity
• Support of the Internal Diversity Council to assist the Sub Committees with Cultural Awareness Celebrations, to include but not limited to; brainstorming ways to bring the milestone to life, research and development of social media posting content, and identify metrics to track associate engagement of this information (E-mail clicks, open rates, invite vs attend rates, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with the entire HR department as needed
  Assist with the Employee Value Proposition work project
• Assist with Leadership Development projects, as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

• Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree Program or Graduate program, open to all majors including Human Resources, Analytics, Diversity & Inclusion, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, Communications and Marketing
• Ability to work Independently on projects/Assignments; comfortable working 100% virtually
• Have positive, people-oriented attitude, resourceful nature, and energetic approach to getting work done, innovative and creative
  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
