The Clubhouse Manager will lead, motivate and direct the team to achieve the estate goals. Your targets will focus on the prestigious Club House and Melbourne Lodge accommodation.
You must be results-driven, strategic, creative and having exceptional leadership ability with a strong customer focus.
The ideal candidate will be a key member of the estate team as it strives to make the estate a Centre of Excellence within the industry. They will provide training and personal development of the team members as well as contributing ideas and feedback.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profit, maintaining high standards and exceeding the customers’ expectations to agreed KPI’s.
