Serenata Beach Club is hiring an Activities Assistant to join our staff. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to provide fresh ideas to our department (while creating a great experience for our members and guests).

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $14.00/hr


The Activities Assistant reports directly to the Activities Director. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of the children, creating a fun/positive environment for young children to enjoy, and being familiar with the Activity Schedule. The Activities Assistant will also work closely with different departments depending, on what might be needed to make the event run smoothly.


  • Be courteous and positive when talking with our members and guests
  • Be familiar with approved methods of problem behaviors of young children
  • Assert leadership abilities in the event of the Supervisor's absence
  • Provide Drop-in Care and Camp services to Members and Guests
  • Assist the Activities Director with planning and executing family-oriented holiday/member events


  • Minimum of six months experience working with children in a childcare environment
  • AED/CPR Certification preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
