Irrigation Repair Technician in Oldsmar at East Lake Woodlands Club

With and without supervision, works on diverse range of activities involved in irrigation repair, operation, problem recognition, maintenance and construction. Willing to train qualified individual. Does skilled and semi-skilled irrigation construction and maintenance work, and performs related tasks as required. Must be able to repair and install PVC pipe & fittings, poly pipe & fittings. Must also conduct themselves in a professional manner and communicate clearly and concisely to customers and residents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performs periodic general maintenance on irrigation systems within assigned areas including but not limited to, cleans and adjusts sprinkler heads by raising or lowering to ensure proper function and coverage and replaces or repairs broken equipment. Keep department heads informed in a timely manner of major problems encountered. Keep all irrigation tools and equipment to good operating standards. Responsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in the respective areas, to meet company standards.
