Ramside Hall to Host LET Access Series

It has been announced that Ramside Hall Golf in County Durham will host the Ladies European Tour Access Series from the 6th – 8th July.
The LETAS returns to UK soil after a three-year hiatus. The tournament sponsored by Trust Golf Links will take place on Ramside’s Cathedral Course which was designed by Jonathan Gaunt.
There will be a field of 126 players for the 54-hole event with competitors competing for a prize fund of €40,000 with the top two players earning a place in the 2022 Trust Golf Women’s Scottish Open at Dundonald Links on 28-31 July.
The series is a launching pad for those who want to gain full playing status on the Ladies European Tour.
John Adamson – Managing Director of Ramside Estates, said: “We are thrilled to host and support the LET Access Series while welcoming professional women’s golf to the North East.”
Designer Jonathan Gaunt said, “I will look forward to the professionals testing their strategic approach and skills around the Cathedral course.”
Helen Roseberry, Director of Ramside Estates, added: “We are excited about the opportunity to host our first Professional Women’s event on one of our courses at Ramside Hall.”
